Definitions
Template refers to any website template, sales page template, or digital design product sold by 3.14&Co Studio.
License Holder refers to the individual or business that purchased the template.
Website refers to a single live website built using the purchased template.

Personal License
A Personal License is intended for individuals and business owners who are using the template for their own brand, business, or personal project.

You May

• Use the template for one website.
• Customize the design, colors, fonts, images, and content.
• Modify the layout to fit your needs.
• Use the completed website for commercial purposes related to your own business.

You May Not

• Use the template for client projects.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files.
• Claim the original template design as your own.
• Create derivative templates for resale.
• Use one license for multiple websites.

Commercial License
A Commercial License is intended for designers, agencies, freelancers, and professionals creating websites for clients.

You May

• Use the template for one client website.
• Customize the template to meet your client's needs.
• Transfer the completed website to your client after launch.
• Modify the design and content as needed for the project.

You May Not

• Reuse the same purchased template for multiple client projects.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files.
• Offer the template as part of another template, toolkit, website package, or design product.
• Claim the original template design as your own work.
• Create derivative templates for resale.

One License = One Website
Each purchased license covers one website only.
If you would like to use the template for an additional website, a separate license must be purchased.


Designers & Agencies
Commercial License holders may purchase templates on behalf of their clients.
However, each new client project requires a separate license purchase.
A single Commercial License may not be reused across multiple client projects.

Ownership & Copyright
All templates remain the intellectual property of 3.14&Co Studio.
Purchasing a template grants you a license to use the design in accordance with the terms outlined above. Ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights remain with 3.14&Co Studio.

Designer Credit
Templates purchased under a Personal License must retain the designer credit to 3.14&Co Studio. The credit may not be removed, hidden, modified, or replaced.
Templates purchased under a Commercial License may have the designer credit removed.

Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
